The air alert in Kyiv began right before the meeting between Ukrainian Acting Foreign Minister Andrii Sybiha and Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs, European Affairs and Development Cooperation of Belgium Maxime Prévot. It was already the sixth alert of the day and night.
